For as in Adam all men die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive, but each in his own order...1 Cor 15:21-25

First of all, God doesn't operate on chances. There are no first chances and no second chances. God operates by choice. He chooses who will be saved for age-during life.

The proper question should be instead: Will those who died in sin and not chosen by God for salvation for the ages be saved later?

This is easy to answer:

Rom 11:30-32  For even as you once were stubborn toward God, yet now were shown mercy at their stubbornness,
 (31)  thus these also are now stubborn to this mercy of yours, that now they also may be shown mercy." 
(32)  For God locks up all together in stubbornness, that He should be merciful to all."

Do you see it? Paul wrote the above almost 2,000 years ago. Those who were stubborn toward God way way way back then
God is going to be merciful to? What does that mercy entail? Salvation! We believers are now vessels of mercy. God is showing
mercy to us in saving us. So, in the future, all those who were stubborn toward God and died will later be saved.
