It's Common Sense To Me!

This came from a commentary that i read. Your thoughts please.
What we say, what the church usually preaches, and how we act, seems to be stripping the spiritual gears of our lives. The church says that God is omnisicient- the people agree. We add to that the fact that God is omnipotent- the people agree once more. And then the church preaches about the power of hell, how sin rules our lives. And, how the reward of our free will (which is now more powerful than God- thus subverting God's will!) places us in an eternal fire- forever and ever, without end! SAY WHAT?

My observations of an omniscient God is that He did in fact know and see the beginning and the end. He saw that man would make a mess of his life. But God also was wise enough to know the the process of trying to figure out life (free will) was what makes and made life real, intriguing, and with pain as well. And God knew that in "this life", what's called the third dimension, we'd die in our sins: even the best of us have some you know!

You do know, right? 

This leads me to my observations of an omnipotent God, who has provided victory for ALL! All will be saved! Why is that so hard to comprehend when it's said dozens of times in various ways (even in the KJV)? The ALL that will be saved will come as a result of the second death which is called the "lake of fire". Read the last couple of chapters of the Book of Revelation.

Everyone will experience the second death wherein ALL spirits (can you say your ex-husband as well?) will be refined and changed from corruptible to incorruptible, but, as Rev. 2:11 says, those who lived the Kingdom life (remember the three in Daniel in the furnace?), will not be hurt. Those who led a life of ego satisfaction and cared little for others are going to have some pain.

I call that Divine Judgment!

As oppossed to an eternal hell, that serves no purpose other than being sadistic, Divine Judgment is to cleanse, purify, restore, and redeem. Isn't that who God is? Isn't that what God is capable of? I know, I know, the self righteous hate this because they feel only they are doing things right, and like the Prodigal Son's brother who stayed at home and was a good little boy, they deserve the inheritance and not those who went to R-rated movies.

Bottom line- 

We are ALL spirit(s). Spirit cannot be destroyed. We are all ONE with God, but not entirely in this 3rd dimension. In the 4th dimension, after the second death (lake of fire- which I'll review on Monday's post) we will achieve complete UNION with God, Consciousness, Spirit, Abba Father, the Alpha and the Omega. And you will get to see ALL of your loved ones- in their true nature- not their shadowy self that came with the good part. How good that is going to be?

Rich indeed.

It all seems so simple to me, but only after overcoming a bunch of religious church crap (some of which I used to teach myself) God forgive me!

He is...........when He pierced that veil, from top to bottom!  Sometimes I think I have seen

HIM pierce the TOP of it, but not the "bottom" YET!!!!!! Hard cases!  But you are right!

Spirit can go thru walls, Spirit can fly, Spirit can ride the wind......and LOVE never fails......

For "this world" is in need of "deliverance." 

An ole 90 year old woman just a few minutes ago sat beside me in the lobby, worrying over the

mess there was in this world, all that the children are being permitted to see, like on t. v., how

will they overcome it?  and I told her, "The same God who loosed things OUT of the PIT

will SEAL UP the pit!" not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord.

Holding to His Word..........and David enouraged himself in the Lord that day.  Me too.

It is common sense !

We grow out of the density of our flesh into the light of the spirit.

By obedience, where we repent, then Father provides the education for us to change, and we follow the process through, comes the restoration of what was initially lost.

I am living proof of this. All that was wrong, is being made right.  Not because of me, but because of God's love for his creation.

i like how you describe free will.  We do "have' to live it out, in order the reap the benefits of what we sow.  Thats the lesson.  After a while, you become very cautious of what you sow, and what you share in that others have sown.

Totally common sense.

I am living the opportunity to witness to my parents.  To see these people that have hearts and minds hardened by their expeirences melt down...through love...through love the Holy Spirit has taught me, not of my own making.  I am in daily amazement at their changes spiritually, my own changes, and the manifesting of the results in the material realm. 

It is truth.  It is universal law. 

Heb 3:6  But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

I have some problems to this common sense. Not that I do not agree that we are ultimate saved, and reconciliation is universal to all without question, but according to the reasons of this common sense, I have two of the arguments against this.

First, is there reason why God promises victory for all? If one can demonstrate God does not have all in mind when it comes to salvation, God remains Omnipotent, and He set up a program which rewards the faithful and eliminates the faithless. The reward of the faithful is immortality, the reward of the faithless is permanent death. This is the view of annialationists, and it completely hinges on the promise that God has given it to all as a promised end product and not a promised product in the control of men with comprehension. (This is an easy argument to defeat, you just need to find God proclaims victory for all, and that all mankind were in mind when He reconciled them in Christ)

Second, in order to say we are spirit and spirit cannot be destroyed, there needs proof that we are spirit to begin with and the spirit is where our consciousness resides. In otherwords, it is traditionally known that man is a living being, made of flesh and blood. To give an analogy: The soul is flesh and blood, a computer is microchips and processors.  The spirit that animates flesh and blood, electricity animates the microchips and processors. The soul is still a soul without the spirit, it is a dead soul. A computer is still a computer without electricity, it is just a dead computer. In otherwords, the spirit has always been accepted as not being ours to begin with, as Scripture states, it returns to God who gave it. In order to prove this differently, we need to demonstrate the spirit is where the consciousness dwells, and not the soul.

So though it may appear I am a devil's advocate, I am giving you what is common sense to others concerning some of the conclusions that were made.

I would have to say, that in the right brain hemisphere, where holistic approach is the means used for comprehension, that in the process of creation, ensuring the safety of all that is being created, is in fact common sense. 

That comes from an artistic view point though. 

Analytically, or left hemisphere, I break down how I plan on developing my creation, and what it will be compiled of as far as components go.

Either way, I am emotionally involved with the process, because it is something I am inspired to do.
