Maybe so Brian. I think not but can't really backup that claim.
But if I read the 3rd verse it won't be very busy in the courtroom on judgement day.
If the ungodly are declared rightous they are no longer sinners.
I simply read that verse as: I, God, hereby declare you/the sinner worthy to be in heaven.
I'm sure you know what declare means but I feel that in this case it's a keyword that need to brought under extra attention. God declares. He doesn't offer, suggest, beg, give a choice. He simply says this is the deal. Period. End of conversation. No moaning because my decision is final.
Finally isn't judgement done after death?
That would make the words of Jesus weird because He didn't came to judge the living because the living are/were never judged anyway.
