Is everyone a child of God?

Jer 7:31 "In Hinnom Valley they have built an altar called Topheth, so that they can sacrifice their sons and daughters in the fire. I did not command them to do this—it did not even enter my mind."

If everyone born is a child of God, this obviously destroys the ET doctrine. So how do they get around this? Simple, they say that a son or daughter is one that believes in Jesus and Heavenly Father is their Father.
The pharisees told Jesus in John 8:41 - ..."The only Father we have is God himself" wherein Jesus retorted that they belonged to their father the devil. That they wanted to carry out the desires of the devil. Jesus also said in the same chapter to these pharisees. "If God were your father, you would love me."

Is this literally true and does this mean the ET doctrine is correvc? I know my answer, let's hear yours...

Genesis...two seeds in tree of knowledge of good and evil..good seed=God's..Adan was a son of God...

   so,too,Jesus...man has the double annointing..

  .evil seed=serpents seed...........

  our body is a field..with tares sown in among wheat...one is corrupt image..where sin/evil seed

  entered...however God is also in tokogae due to 'good' in it[only God is good]...

   the womans seed and the serpents seed have enmity between them.not love......

   Jesus was speaking to the serpent seed that wanted to kill him on the Pharisee..

   we all have this struggle due to this enmity.........so such things are written...overcome the evil with good

   a little evil spoils much good.. and

  greater is He that is in you[Christ/goodness of God/life] than he that is in the world.[evil/death/offspring of viper]]

    death/satan has an end...not so Jesus Christ and God"s goodness and mercy..for His Love endures forever...

   it is eternal...

   indeed,God has cut those days short....or no flesh[Adam] would be saved........

   He said..in the day that ye eat of it ye shall die...a day is as a 1000 years...Adam lived 930 years..70 years short of

the day...and Got alloted 7o yrs for man in the flesh[cut it short]...

    God's goodness in the tree...gave us Jesus Christ/life and give Him Kingship and reign over that Day

 Christ's 1000 yr reign overcomes death...we can reign in life with Him now..because His quickening life-giving

  spirit lives in us[though are flesh be good asa dead man

    ] the first resurrection is for all mankind. Blessed and Holy are all those who have part in the first resurrection

[quit calling was God has cleansed unclean] Peace on earth and good will[blessings] to all men.......

   these are those dragged back up into the heavens by Jesus...as stars..........

     the secound death has no power over them because it is not appointed for them..for it is appointed

  unto all men to die once...the secound death or LOF is appointed or prepared for satan and his demons

  where it says 'the rest of the dead did not come to life until the 1000yrs were ended..is speaking of those

  who receive the upward call at death when the spirit returns unto God who gave it..and it is also a

  first resurrection.

  satn is abyssed[death like prison state/restrained/bound under the earth for his judgement in chains] he is

 released to go forth and deceive the nations and fight against the camp of the Holy city.....

  until he is destroyed in the LOF/secound death

For me, that's kind of a hard one to answer with yes or no (not that it can't be done, maybe I just don't know how or quite know what definition of children/sons everyone might use.)  So in thinking about it, I'll answer like this. 

I believe there's a difference between being created by God and being "born" of Him [in terms of spiritually reborn, aka saved.]  Is that a distinction between children and sons?  I think so, but I'm not positive it's that "clear", as everything is from and of God.  It could be the difference between being a created being given the spirit of man by God, and having been adopted as sons/children.

If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated, then you are illegitimate children [bastards] and not sons.  Hebrews 12:8  This seems to say all are children, but not all sons?  And it also doesn't say children of whom, and the quoted verse in the OP says some were indeed children, but "children of their father the devil".   

The following is interesting information and I'll let it stand on its own for interpretation;

"We are born into this family by the Holy Spirit. "And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts crying, Abba, Father," Heb. 4:6. This birth follows the marvelous act of adoption, whereby God deals with spiritual bastards, and makes us legally His own sons. "God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law. All are children of God- in the time transcendent sense of the  ultimate will of God, yet.....

Some are sons of disobedience

Some are children placed by the adoption into the "name of Jesus"- sons of obedience.

Jesus called the Pharisees, "sons of Cain" and told them that their father was "the adversary"- a murderer from the beginning.

This is about the mystery of iniquity and how God speaks in layers, wheels within wheels-
