ALL LIFE and it's individual durations are decided by
YHVH...
It can be observed by the NATURAL (not SPIRITUAL) observer, that "God kills" millions in natural disasters such as tornadoes, earthquakes, tidal waves, hurricanes, etc... but is He "killing" them...
Of course He is NOT... He has declared ALL THINGS from the BEGINNING to have the LIFETIME durations they shall have IN TIME...
(Is 46-10-11)GOD is the giver of life, and therefore is the ONLY one that has the RIGHT to take it AWAY as His PURPOSE and DECLARATION require...
He will not be questioned by anyone which observes in the SPIRIT... for he which observes God as "killing" is doing so according to NATURAL perception... and is NOT seeing that GOD is enacting and bringing to PASS, His HOLY PURPOSE for His creation... In the process of that PURPOSE, He has declared each part of that PURPOSE which cannot be altered.
He has RECONCILED and RESTORED ALL THINGS unto Himself COMPLETELY by the work of HIS Son
JESUS CHRIST... to deny this, is to deny what IS WRITTEN:

(Acts 17:28), "BEING" is existing, and ALL works of man good or evil are found "BEING" ...
NOW.
NOW is the DAY of SALVATION and the ACCEPTED "time"...
In NOW are our deeds JUDGED

GOD is not a being which is "future" or "past"... He is a being which
IS, ...NOW...
